The sector is divided into five parcels. Due to the large slope of the land in all of them, are designed around vials which leave every pedestrian accesses to different blocks and all vehicle access to the garage floors. Based on the orientation and the prevailing view develops a sort of plot from ladders formed interconnected modules or major buildings. Each ladder has 4 flats per floor.

The plots are at high altitude levels (plots 4 and 5), the ordinance is planned OA-1 which allows buildable height PB +2, thereby limiting the visual impact that would exhaust the possibilities in height allowing the General Plan (PB +2), thereby adapting to the local tip.
