The connection of the plot projected on the public roads of the development is done from the rotunda of the vial 4, as has been described in Construction Project through a private access.

From a private access, which connects to the roundabout vial 4 of urbanization, there are two types of block buildings open, located in a terrace, conforming to the existing topography and said road.

Based on the orientation and the prevailing view is developed in the southern part of the linear plot a building (or building block 2), parallel to the road in April, directing all homes to the south, trying to portray themselves as "lookout" by the use of large terraces facing towards that point.

In the north of the plot there is a raised platform between two very sharp incline slopes, where there is a second building (Block 1), so curvy, that saves these slopes. Its position above the other building reinforces the image of "lookout" and respected as much as possible the assumptions described above (orientation and views).

60 homes are planned and parking areas with capacity for 86 vehicles and 60 storage rooms.

In the center is planned garden area with a outdoor pools.




Phase 3: Executed.

It poses a residential complex, consisting of an open block parallel to the Green Zone VR-3, south-facing and two isolated single-family homes facing each other east and west.

Both houses have separate entrances from the road of urbanization and comprise the ground, first and basement.

Inside the block, including all buildings projects a common garden area and swimming pool which serves for all homes enclosure.

The building typology of open block is located on an elevated platform on the green.

The building or block is composed of two symmetrical modules with a height of ground, first and attic.

16 homes are planned and parking areas with capacity for 24 vehicles and 16 storage rooms.



Phase 5: Executed.

The connection of the plot is from the rotunda of the vial 4.

Building is projected to open block type, located parallel to the public road on an elevated platform on said road.

In the west of the plot there is a natural platform located at a lower level of the building, which houses the pool area and gardens of the promotion.

36 houses are planned and parking areas with capacity for 40 vehicles and 36 storage rooms.

Regarding treatment arises facades Mediterranean, with the use of large terraces and pergolas that give the main building volume movement, incoming and outgoing supported by the main body.
